NEWS • HABER 14 BBM / MART-NİSAN 2018 • MARCH-APRIL 2018 International Trade Fair for Bakery, Patisserie Machin- ery, Ice Cream, Chocolate and Technologies (IBATECH Istanbul), which has been organized by Messe Stuttgart Ares Fair Organization biennially, has been preparing to open its doors to the sector’s professionals on 12-15 April at CNR Expo. IBATECH, which has become the most important event of the sector in growing Turkish market and Eurasian region, will be held in 5 halls on an area of 50 thousands square meters. Following the The Association of Bread and Bakery Products Machine Manufacturers (EK- MADER), Association of Food Additives and Ingredients Man- ufacturers (GIDABİL), Small and Medium Enterprises Develop- ment and Support Administration (KOS- GEB) and all other prominent compa- nies in the sector, All Chefs and Pas- try Cooks Confed- eration (TAŞPAKON) decided to support the fair. With the agreement signed between Ufuk Altuntop, the General Manager of Messe Stuttgart Ares Fair Organization, and Gökhan Tufan, CEO of TAŞPAKON, the confederation with its seven regional federation and associations in 60 cities will support the IBATECH Istanbul 2018. Together with TAŞPAKON, IBATECH Istanbul has be- come the most supported fair in Turkey. IBATECH Is- tanbul will host the first final of “Taşpakon Turkey Cup,” which is the only contest organization due to the con- cept requirement in Turkey. Messe Stuttgart Ares Fuarcılık tarafından iki yıllık ara- lıklarla düzenlenen Uluslararası Ekmek, Pasta Makinele- ri, Dondurma, Çikolata ve Teknolojileri Fuarı (IBATECH İstanbul), 12-15 Nisan tarihleri arasında ilgili tüm sektör- lerin profesyonellerini CNR Expo’da 12. kez ağırlamaya hazırlanıyor. Büyüyen Türkiye pazarında ve Avrasya bölgesinde sektörünün en önemli etkinliği durumundaki IBATECH, bu yıl 5 salonda, 50.000 metrekarelik alanda organize edilecek. Fuara, Ekmek ve Unlu Mamüller Makinaları Sanayicileri Derneği (EKMADER), Gıda Bileşenleri ve Ge- liştiricileri Derneği (GIDABİL), Küçük ve Orta Ölçekli İşlet- meleri Geliştirme ve Destekleme İdaresi Başkanlığı (KOS- GEB) ve sektöründe önde gelen firma- ların ardından Tüm Aşçılar ve Pastacı- lar Konfederasyo- nu (TAŞPAKON) da destek verdi. Messe Stuttgart Ares Fuar- cılık Genel Müdürü Ufuk Altuntop ve TAŞPAKON Yöne- tim Kurulu Başkanı Gökhan Tufan arasında imzalanan anlaşma ile TAŞPAKON, Türkiye’deki 7 bölge federas- yonu ve 60 ildeki derneği ile IBATECH İstanbul 2018 Fuarı’nı destekleyecek. TASPAKON ile yapılan işbirliği anlaşmasıyla IBATECH İstanbul, Türkiye’nin en çok desteklenen fuarı oldu. IBATECH İstanbul, konsept gereği Türkiye’de organize edilen tek yarışma organizasyonu “Taşpakon Türkiye Kupası”nın ilk finaline de ev sahipliği yapacak.
