Renk, figür ve geometri özellikleri için digital renkli kameralar; rutubet okuma için kızılötesi sensörler (NIR - Near Infrared) kullanılarak, pişmiş ürünlerin fiziksel özellikleri eş zamanlı ve yüksek çözünürlükte (30 fps) test edilmiştir.
