The most gifted eighteen chefs under 35-year-old around the world will participate in the seventh championship, organized by Academia Barilla in Milano between 24 and 25 October. Chiefs will present their performances by blending Italian pasta with local cuisine. During the two-day event, the new champion of the gastronomy world. Gastronomi dünyasının en önemli etkinliklerinden biri olarak gösterilen Dünya Makarna Şampiyonası için geri sa- yım başladı. Barilla’nın 24-25 Ekim’de Milano’da Academia Barilla’da 7’inci kez düzenleyeceği şampiyonada dünyanın dört bir yanından 35 yaş altı en yetenekli 18 şef, İtalyan makarnası ile geleneksel lezzetleri harmanlayarak en iyi lez- zeti hazırlamak için hünerlerini sergileyecek. 2 gün sürecek etkinlikte gastronomi dünyasının yeni şampiyonu seçilecek. Genç şefler, bu yılki şampiyonada her dönemin vazge- çilmez yemeği domates soslu spagettiyi geleneksel lez- zet reçeteleri ile yeniden yorumlayacak. Dünya Makarna Günü’nde gerçekleştirilecek şampiyonanın jüri koltuğun- da ise dünyaca ünlü Michelin yıldızlı şefler Lorenzo Cogo, Viviana Varese, Luigi Taglienti, bes- lenme uzmanı Alman şef Holger Stromberg ve Amerikalı yemek fo- toğrafçısı Britany Wright oturacak. Bu yılki şampiyonanın tema- sı “Eat positive / Olumlu Beslen” olarak açıklandı. Bu doğrultuda 18 şefin hazırlayacakları tariflerde ma- karna tüketimini olumlu yönde et- kileyecek ve teşvik edecek tarifleri hazırlayarak; bu vizyonu geliştirme- leri bekleniyor. Şampiyonada bu yıl Türkiye’yi Sadık Ilgaz temsil ede- cek. Sektörde 18’inci yılını kutlayan Ilgaz, Fransız restoranı Parle’nin şefliğini yürütüyor.
