The customer had absolutely no experience in bread production and so relied on FBS to supply the entire project from silo’s to packaging. FBS has delivered the project and the supermarket is now producing 6 tons of breads per hour on an IMPRESSA industrial bread line. Subsequent to the successful completion of this proj- ect, the customer has now ordered a further 3 systems with similar capabilities.
