AUTOMATIC WEB TRACKING The new SmartPacker TwinTube is also equipped with automated web tracking. This means that if the film deviates from its path, due to - for example - vari- ances in the film roll, the feature will correct the direc- tion of the film automatically, without the need of man- ual adjustment. Ultimately this safeguards the quality of the resulting bags, while saving on downtime. REINFORCED SEALING FOR MORE FLEXIBILITY The new SmartPacker features a new jaw closing mecha- nism, optimized heating unit and a vertical rotational seal unit, promoting robust packing performance and excellent tightness of the pack seals. The jaw closing mechanism offers more than triple sealing force as the previous one and can apply 6000N. This gives the opportunity to use thicker films or films with more diverse characteristics in terms of sealing requirements. Due to the more stable suspension of the longitudi- nal seam unit and the reproducible and precise posi- tioning by spindle and ruler, shorter changeover times are possible when switching formats or foils. “With this development producers will be able to work with more challenging films thus able to give retailers and consum- ers what they are looking for in terms of bag quality with even wider range of film materials.” states van de Mortel. EASY LABELING, OPERATIONANDMAINTENANCE The new GEA TwinTube is optionally equipped with a new, fully integrated GEA TiroLabel unit, which makes the machine even more compact on the factory floor. The dedicated labeling unit delivers a speed of up to 180 labels per minute at a width of 150 mm and achieves millimeter precision during labeling. The label roll has a quick-release operation, which means it can be changed in seconds with minimal downtime. COMFORTABLE TO OPERATE AND MAINTAIN The machine features an innovative open design with dou- ble-hinged doors for easy access and see-through panels providing maximum visibility of the sealing area. Full access and easy maintenance are made possible via the machine’s hinged front-plate – to which the sealing arms and vertical seal are attached – and which can be fully opened. Yani eğer film yolundan herhangi bir sebeple saparsa, elle düzeltmeye ge- rek kalmadan otomatik olarak düzeltiliyor. Bu özel- lik, paketlerin kalitesini artırırken makinenin durma süresini de azaltıyor. DAHA FAZLA ESNEKLİK İÇİN GÜÇLENDİRİLMİŞ KAPATMA Yeni SmartPacker makinesi ayrıca yeni bir poşet ağzı kapama mekanizması, optimize edilmiş ısıtma ünitesi, dikey dönerli yapıştırma ünitesi ile daha sağ- lam bir paketleme performansı ve paketlerin mü- kemmel şekilde sıkı olmasını sağlıyor. Ağız kapama mekanizması, 6000N kuvvet uyguluyor ve bu değer, makinenin önceki versiyonuna göre üç kat daha yüksek. Bu sayede daha kalın ya da farklı özelliklere sahip filmler kullanılması mümkün hale geliyor. Makine ayarlarının daha hassas olması, ürün de- ğiştirme sürelerinin daha kısa olmasını da sağlıyor. Van de Mortel, “Bu gelişme sayesinde, üreticiler daha zorlu filmler üzerinde çalışarak, perakendeci- lere ve tüketicilere aradıkları paket kalitesini sunma- yı başarabilecek.” dedi. KOLAY ETİKETLEME VE ÇALIŞTIRMA Yeni GEA TwinTube ‘e, GEA TiroLabel ünitesi de opsiyonel olarak entegre edilebiliyor ve böylece makine fabrikada daha kompakt hale geliyor. Eti- ketleme ünitesi 150 mm genişliğindeki etiketlerden dakikada 180 etiket çıkartıyor ve bunu milimetrik bir şekilde yapıyor. Etiket rulosu da saniyeler içinde de- ğiştirilebilecek şekilde tasarlanmış. RAHAT ÇALIŞTIRMA VE BAKIM İki taraflı açılan kapısı ile kolay erişim sağlayan makinedeki panellerin şeffaf olması da yapıştırma alanının maksimum düzeyde görülebilmesine imkan tanıyor. Makinenin yapıştırma kolları ve dikey yapış- tırıcının bulunduğu ön kısmının kapağı açılabiliyor ve böylece bu alana için tam erişim ve kolay bakım sağlanabiliyor.
