The company will be able to diversify its high quality products and services and present them to the taste of the sector faster thanks to the newly established pilot facility. In addition, report- ing and recording capacity will also increase with full au- tomation provided by the pilot plant. Unlike conventional production methods where refinery and margarine production departments are located in dif- ferent areas, all oil refining phases will be collected under a single roof thanks to the innovation brought by Turyag in the new pilot plant. The new pilot facility will help Turyag de- liver innovations to the market faster by developing special experience with the customers, and it will perform sample production, analysis, crystallization and fill coating process- es more efficiently. Having supported industry professionals and pastry masters as a solution partner since 1916 in the fields of industrial oils and non-domestic consumption oils, Turyag has been operating as part of Cargill, global food ingredients producer, since 2014. Turyağ yenilebilir yağlar alanındaki tecrübe ve bilgi biriki- mini, inovasyon veteknoloji ile birleştirerek müşterilerine hiz- met vermeye devam ederken; yeni kurduğu pilot tesis saye- sinde yüksek kalitedeki ürün ve hizmetlerini çeşitlendirerek daha hızlı şekilde sektörün beğenisine sunabilecek. Ayrıca pilot tesisle sağlanan tam otomasyon ile raporlama ve kayıt kapasitesi de artış gösterecek. Rafineri ve margarin üretim bölümlerinin farklı alan- larda yer aldığı konvansiyonel üretim metotlarının ak- sine, yeni pilot tesiste Turyağ’ın getirdiği inovasyon sayesinde tüm yağ rafine aşamaları tek bir çatı altında toplanacak. Yeni pilot tesis, Turyağ’ın müşterileri ile bir- likte özel bir tecrübe geliştirerek pazara yenilikleri daha hızlı sunmasını sağlarken numune üretimi, analiz, kris- talizasyon ve dolgu kaplama süreçlerini de daha verim- li şekilde gerçekleştirebilecektir. 1916 yılından bugüne endüstriyel yağlar ve ev dışı tüketim yağları alanlarında sektör profesyonellerine ve pastacılık ustalarına çözüm ortağı olarak destek veren Turyağ, 2014 yılından beri küresel gıda bileşenleri üreticisi Cargill bünyesinde fa- aliyet gösteriyor. Turyag, one of the leading brands of industrial oil and non-domestic consumption sectors in Tur- key, has commissioned a pilot plant project by investing 6 million Turkish Liras in its production plant in Balikesir. Türkiye’de endüstriyel yağ ve ev dışı tüketim sektörlerinin önde gelen markalarından Turyağ, Balıkesir’de- ki üretim tesisine 6 milyon Türk Lirası değerinde yatırım yaparak pilot tesis projesini devreye aldı.
