KG, the world's leading bakery and dough processing machinery manufacturer, became a member of the MULTIVAC Group on the 1st of August, 2019. Thanks to this acquisition, MULTIVAC expanded its so- lutions for the bakery and dough processing industry. After restructuring, the management was handed over to Andreas Eyd and Frank Gabriel, both have long man- agement experience at MULTIVAC. Andreas Eyd will be responsible for sales management and Frank Gabriel for technical leadership. Dünyanın önde gelen unlu mamuller ile hamur işleme makineleri ve hatları üreticilerinden Almanya merkezli FRITSCH Bakery Technologies GmbH & Co. KG, 1 Ağus- tos 2019 itibariyle resmi olarak MULTIVAC Group çatı- sı altına girdi. MULTIVAC, bu satın alımla unlu mamuller ve hamur işleme endüstrisi için çözüm yelpazesini daha da genişlettiğini açıkladı. Yeniden yapılanma sonucunda şirket yönetimi, MULTIVAC’ta uzun yıllardır yönetim de- neyimine sahip Andreas Eyd ve Frank Gabriel'e emanet edildi. Andreas Eyd şirketin satış yönetiminden, Frank Gabriel ise teknik liderliğinden sorumlu olacak.
