To enable the pastry manufacturer to pack the sensitive products safely, quickly and attrac- tively, a total of 24 pick & place robots had to be accommodated in a machine area of less than ten metres. Moreover, a building support post had to be integrated into the system. A customised TLM machine from Gerhard Schubert masters these challenges while offering flexible packaging op- tions and high output within a minimum of space. Bahlsen’in yeni “Keks’n Cream” ürünü, dolgun çift bisküvi katmanlarıyla lezzet dolu bir deneyim sunuyor. Bu hassas ürünün güvenlik, hızlı ve çeki- ci bir şekilde paketlenmesi için, on metrekareden daha küçük bir alana 24 adet tut-yerleştir robotu- nun konulması gerekiyordu. Bunun yanında, sis- tem için bir yapı destek direğine de ihtiyaç vardı. Gerhard Schubert tarafından özel olarak tasar- lanmış bir TLM makinesi ile bu zorluklar aşılırken, dar bir alanda esnek paketleme seçenekleri ve yüksek performans sunuldu.
