NEWS • HABER 12 BBM / SEPTEMBER-OCTOBER 2020 • EYLÜL-EKİM 2020 Bühler’in Yönetim Kurulunda değişim Changes in Bühler’s Board of Directors At the extraordinary general shareholders’ meeting on August 28, 2020, the shareholders elected Stefan Scheiber unanimously as a new member of the Board of Directors of Bühler Holding AG with immediate effect. Stefan Scheiber (54) is a Swiss national, married, and lives with his family in Wil SG, Switzerland. Stefan Scheiber started his career at Bühler in 1986 and has spent more than 30 years with Bühler in different func- tions. From 1988, he has worked in various international management positions within Bühler worldwide, including East and South Africa, Eastern Europe, and Germany. Stefan Scheiber was appointed CEO of the Bühler Group on July 1, 2016. He is a Member of the Board of Directors of the Kistler Group and a Member of the Ex- ecutive Committee of Swissmem. Ruth Metzler-Arnold announced she will resign from her assignments as a Member of the Board of Directors and Chairwoman of the Audit Committee of Bühler Group with effect by the ordinary general shareholders’ meeting on February 11, 2021. She has been a Member of the Board of Directors of Bühler since 2011 and Chairwoman of the Audit Committee for the last six and a half years. Rainer E. Schulz, Member of the Board of Directors, shall succeed Ruth Metzler-Arnold as the new Chairman of the Audit Committee. 28 Ağustos 2020'deki olağanüstü genel kurul top- lantısında hissedarlar, Stefan Scheiber'i oybirliğiyle Bühler Holding AG'nin yeni Yönetim Kurulu üyeliğine derhal geçerli olacak şekilde seçtiler. İsviçre vatan- daşı olan Stefan Scheiber (54), evli ve ailesiyle birlikte İsviçre’nin Wil SG şehrinde yaşamaktadır. Stefan Scheiber, kariyerine 1986 yılında Bühler'de başladı ve 30 yıldan fazla bir süredir Bühler'de farklı görevlerde bulundu. 1988'den itibaren Bühler bün- yesinde Doğu ve Güney Afrika, Doğu Avrupa ve Al- manya dahil olmak üzere dünya çapında çeşitli ulus- lararası yönetim pozisyonlarında çalıştı. Stefan Scheiber, 1 Temmuz 2016'da Bühler Group'un CEO'su olarak atandı. Kistler Group'un Yönetim Kurulu Üyesi ve Swissmem'in İcra Kurulu Üyesidir. Ruth Metzler-Arnold, 11 Şubat 2021 tarihli ola- ğan genel kurul toplantısında geçerli olmak üze- re Bühler Group Yönetim Kurulu Üyesi ve Denetim Komitesi Başkanı görevlerinden istifa edeceğini açıkladı. 2011'den beri Bühler Yönetim Kurulu ve son altı buçuk yıldır Denetim Komitesi Başkanı’ydı. Yönetim Kurulu Üyesi Rainer E. Schulz ise, Dene- tim Komitesi'nin yeni Başkanı olarak Ruth Metzler- Arnold'un yerini alacak.
