Unlu mamuller daha sonra Flowmodul’ün besleme zincirine dört al ve yerleştir robotu tarafından hassas bir şekilde yerleştirilir ve akış ambalajla- rıyla paketlenir. İlk olarak, akış ambalajının uzunlamasına dikişi bir ultrasonik yapıştırma ünitesi ile mühürlenir. Bunu daha sonra Schubert’in uçan çapraz yapıştırma ünitesi ile patentli ısıl yapıştırma teknolojisi takip eder. Yukarı yönde al ve yerleştir robotlarının hızına otomatik olarak uyum sağ- lar ve bu sayede de olağanüstü sızdırmazlık kalitesiyle sabit sızdırmazlık süresi sağlar. The baked goods are then care- fully placed into the Flowmodul’s feed chain by four pick & place robots and packed into flow- packs. First the longitudinal seam of the flow- pack is sealed by an ultrasonic sealing unit. This is then followed by Schubert’s patented heat- sealing technology with the flying cross-sealing unit. It automatically adapts to the speed of the upstream pick & place robots and therefore en- ables constant sealing times with outstanding sealing quality.
