Barilla, dünyada her yıl itibarı en yüksek 100 şirketin belirlendiği “2021 Global RepTrak 100” listesinde tüm şirketler arasında 11’inci sırayı alırken, gıda sektörünün ise en itibarlı şirketi oldu. Barilla, a global leader in food, continues to put its signature under new successes with its pioneering projects in the industry. In line with the evaluations made within the scope of Global Rep- Trak 100, one of the world's leading corporate reputation surveys, the company has been selected as the world's most reputable food company of the year. Operating in more than 100 countries across four continents, Barilla ranked 11th in the general list where the 100 most reputable companies of the year were determined as a result of the research carried out among all sectors. As a result of the research conducted with the participation of more than 68 thousand people from 15 different countries with the largest economy this year, companies' scores over 100 have been determined. Hundreds of companies have been evaluated under titles such as 'products and services', 'innova- tion', 'employee rights', 'performance', 'management', 'leader- ship' and 'working environment'. As a result of the evaluation, 100 companies that achieved the highest score have made the list. Ranked 11th on the list with 76.9 points, Barilla stands out among the companies with the highest corporate reputation with its sustainable relationships with the stakeholders, studies conducted within the company on diversity and inclusiveness, social opportunities provided to employees and high-quality products and services offered to its consumers. In recent months, the company was deemed worthy of the 2021 Catalyst Award, which is considered as the Oscar for diversity and inclu- sion, for its efforts to sustain gender equality in the workplace. Dört kıtada 100’den fazla ülkede faaliyet gösteren Barilla, tüm sektörler genelinde yürütülen araştırma sonu- cunda yılın en itibarlı 100 şirketinin belirlendiği genel listede ise 11’inci sırada yer aldı. Bu yıl en büyük ekonomiye sahip 15 farklı ülkeden 68 bini aşkın kişinin katılımıyla gerçekleştirilen araştırma sonu- cunda şirketlerin 100 üzerinden skorları belirlendi. Yüzler- ce şirket, ‘ürün ve hizmetler’, ‘inovasyon’, ‘çalışan hakları’, ‘performans’, ‘yönetim’, ‘liderlik’ ve ‘çalışma ortamı’ gibi baş- lıklarda değerlendirildi. Yapılan değerlendirme sonucunda en yüksek skoru elde eden 100 şirket listede yer almaya hak kazandı. 76,9 puan elde ederek listede 11’inci sırada yer alan Barilla, dünya genelinde paydaşlarıyla geliştirdiği sürdürülebilir ilişkiler, çeşitlilik ve kapsayıcılık alanında şirket içerisinde yürütülen çalışmalar, çalışanlara sağlanan sosyal imkanlar ve tüketicisine sunduğu yüksek kalitedeki ürün ve hizmetleriyle ön plana çıkarak kurumsal itibarı en yük- sek şirketlerden biri oldu. Şirket, geçtiğimiz aylarda, iş ye- rinde cinsiyet eşitliğini sağlamaya yönelik gerçekleştirdiği çalışmalarla, çeşitlilik ve kapsayıcılık alanının Oscar’ı sayılan 2021 Catalyst Ödülü’ne layık görülmüştü.
