İttifak Holding bünyesinde un-irmik ve makarna sektöründe faaliyet gösteren Selva Gıda, halka arz çalışmalarını hızlandırdı. İttifak Holding announced that its subsidiary Selva Gıda has applied to the Turkish Capital Markets Board and İstanbul Stock Exchange for public offering. The following information about the public offering of Selva Gıda, a subsidiary of İttifak Holding, has been included in the statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform: "The ap- plication documents required for the initial public offering of our subsidiary Selva Gıda Sanayi have been submitted to the Public Disclosure Platform and the İstanbul Stock Exchange." Selva Gıda started its activities with flour production in 1988 and started to produce semolina and pasta in the subsequent years and now exports to more than 90 countries across 5 con- tinents. Selva Gıda, which carries out its production activities in its facilities with a closed area of 16.382 square meters on an area of 34.561 square meters, is entitled to be the first pasta brand to receive the "Diamond Award" in Turkey and the world, as it has been awarded the Superior Taste Award 7 times in a row by the International Taste and Quality Institute (ITQI)." On the other hand, İttifak Holding had announced that a public offering brokerage agreement had been signed between Selva Gıda and Gedik Yatırım. Selva Gıda applies for initial public offering Selva Gıda, halka arz için SPK ve Borsa İstanbul’a başvurdu İttifak Holding, bağlı ortaklığı Selva Gıda'nın halka arzı için Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu ve Borsa İstanbul'a başvurduğu duyuruldu. İttifak Holding'in bağlı ortaklığı Selva Gıda'nın halka arzı ile alakalı KAP'a yaptığı açıklamada şu bilgiler yer aldı: "Bağlı Ortaklığımız Selva Gıda Sanayi A.Ş.'nin halka arzı için gerekli başvuru evrakları 08.04.2021 tarihinde Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na ve Borsa İstanbul Anonim Şirketi' ne teslim edilmiştir. Selva Gıda 1988 yılında un üretimi ile faaliyetlerine başla- mış, ilerleyen yıllarda irmik ve makarna üretimine de başla- yarak günümüzde 5 kıtada 90' ı aşkın ülkeye ihracat yapar hale gelmiştir. 34.561 metrekare alan üzerinde 16.382 met- rekare kapalı alana sahip tesislerinde üretim faaliyetlerini yürüten Selva Gıda, Uluslararası Tat ve Kalite Enstitüsü (ITQI) tarafından verilen Üstün Lezzet Ödülü’ne üst üste 7 kez sa- hip olduğu için Türkiye'de ve dünyada "Diamond Ödülü"nü almaya hak kazanan ilk makarna markası olmuştur.” Öte yandan İttifak Holding, Selva Gıda ile Gedik Yatırım arasında halka arza aracılık sözleşmesi imzalandığını duyur- muştu.
