Along with flour milling, its businesses include grain storage and trading, animal feed, plastics, pasta, and instant noodles production, grain milling, and energy engineering across the Middle East. The group has operations in Iraq, Jordan, United Arab Emir- ates, and Egypt. One of Al-Hazaa Flour mills in Egypt is Al-Taj Flour Mill that was first established in 2005 with a production capac- ity of 640 tons/ day, then due to the increased demand for its products the holding company, Al-Hazaa Investment Group decided in 2016 to expand the mill further and build a new mill in the same industrial area in 6th of October City, Egypt the new mill holds the same name and is called Al-Taj Mill 2. Today Al-Taj Mills holds 2.5% of the Egyptian market share in the flour production field. The milling process in Al-Taj Mills is fully automatic with wheat received in bulk and stored in silos. It is cleaned in the newest Bühler Group machinery, includ- ing the Sortex machine, which uses optical sorting to achieve top hygiene levels. The finished flour is stored in concrete silos. Flour is deliv- ered to customers either in bulk through flour trailers or pack- aged in 50-kg polypropylene bags that are produced by one of Al-Hazaa Investment Group’s companies in Jordan. Al-Hazaa'nın Mısır'daki un değirmenlerinden biri Al-Taj Un Değirmeni ilk olarak 2005 yılında 640 ton/gün üretim kapasitesiyle kuruldu. Ancak ürünlere olan talebin artması nedeniyle Al-Hazaa Investment Group 2016 yılında değir- meni daha da genişletme ve ülkenin 6 Ekim kentinde aynı organize sanayi bölgesinde yeni bir değirmen inşa etme kararı aldı. Yeni değirmen, Al-Taj Un Değirmeni 2 şeklinde adlandırıldı. Bugün, Al-Taj Un Değirmenleri, Mısır un pazarı üretiminin %2,5'luk kısmını tek başına gerçekleştiriyor. Al-Taj Değirmenlerinde öğütme işlemi, toplu olarak alı- nan ve silolarda depolanan buğdayla tam otomatik gerçek- leştirilmektedir. En üst düzey hijyen seviyelerine ulaşması amaçlanan ürün, optik ayırma kullanan Sortex makinesi de dahil olmak üzere en son Bühler Group makinelerinde te- mizlenir. Beton silolarda depolanan un, Ürdün'deki Al-Hazaa In- vestment Group şirketlerinden biri tarafından üretilen 50 kg'lık polipropilen torbalarda müşterilere ulaştırılmaktadır.
