While they pursue their supreme disci- plines of dough sheet production and forming, they cre- ate the basis for the premium quality of baked goods that are characterized by an excellent taste. As of September 01st, 2021, some of them will now appear under new names. The clustering of machine families according to end prod- uct groups as well as performance spectrum in the semi- automatic area creates a quick and easier overview of the FRITSCH portfolio. With the VARIOCUT, the VARIOFLEX and the MULTIFLEX, a total of three machine families are distin- guished within the framework of dough processing. In addition, there is the new brand PROGRESSA. Analo- gous to the already known IMPRESSA lines in the industrial sector, this stand for a combination of dough sheet produc- tion and processing line. Depending on the combination and the corresponding output volume, the PROGRESSA lines bear the name suffix basic, plus or prime. FRITSCH presents a new brand and new machine names FRITSCH'den yeni marka, yeni makineler FRITSCH'in her gün özel bir görevi yerine getiren, hamur tabakası üretimi ve şekillendirme konusundaki üstün disiplinlerini sürdürürken, mükemmel bir lezzet ile karakterize edilen birinci sınıf unlu mamul kalitesi- nin temelini oluşturan 2.000'den fazla makinesinin bir kısmı, 01 Eylül 2021 itibariyle yeni isimlerle piyasaya sürülecek. Makine ailelerinin yarı otomatik alandaki performans spektrumunun yanı sıra nihai ürün gruplarına göre kü- melenmesi, FRITSCH portföyüne hızlı ve kolay bir ge- nel bakış sağlıyor. VARIOCUT, VARIOFLEX ve MULTIF- LEX ile hamur işleme çerçevesinde toplam üç makine ailesi öne çıkıyor. Son olarak PROGRESSA isimli yeni marka, endüstri- yel sektörde bilinen IMPRESSA hatlarına benzer şekil- de, hamur tabakası üretim ve işleme hattının bir kom- binasyonunu temsil ediyor. Kombinasyona ve ilgili çıkış hacmine bağlı olarak, PROGRESSA hatları suffix basic, plus veya prime adlarını taşıyor.
