24 BBM / ŞUBAT 2022 • FEBRUARY 2022 NEWS HABER The Crespel & Deiters Group, a leading producer of wheat- based solutions, has completed the integration of Extruded Cereal Products B.V. into its portfolio as of 1 January 2022 ECP, with a production site in Helmond/Netherlands, is an interna- tional pioneer in the extrusion of cereal and protein products for breakfast cereals, sports nutrition, bakery and convenience products. Having successfully collaborated since 2007, the two enti- ties formed a joint venture in 2014 and, at the beginning of 2020, Crespel & Deiters acquired a 100% shareholding of ECP. From now on, the distribution of the extrudates produced by ECP — derived from wheat, maize, rice, milk protein and qui- noa — will be transferred to Loryma’s portfolio. Loryma is the food specialist within the Crespel & Deiters Group and devel- ops innovative concepts that optimise meat and meat alterna- tives, baked goods, confectionery and convenience products. With the integration of the extrusion specialist, the Crespel & Deiters Group is expanding its range of plant-based alterna- tives for the food industry, ensuring maximum product qual- ity as well as delivery and process reliability. Hollanda'nın Helmond şehrinde üretim tesisi bulunan Extruded Cereal Products (ECP), kahvaltılık gevrekler, sporcu beslenme, unlu mamüller ve hazır ürünler için tahıl ve protein ürünlerinin ekstrüzyonunda uluslararası bir öncüdür. 2007'den beri başarılı bir şekilde işbirliği yapan iki kuruluş, 2014'te bir ortak girişim kurdu ve 2020'nin başında Crespel & Deiters, ECP'nin %100 hissesini satın aldı. Artık ECP tarafın- dan üretilen buğday, mısır, pirinç, süt proteini ve kinoadan elde edilen ekstrüdatların dağıtımı Loryma portföyüne aktarılacak.
