Can you evaluate the future of the belt industry in the context of technological innovations? As a supplier company, we are constantly improving ourselves in order to respond to any need that may arise in the face of developing technology. We continue our research and we are growing our team in this direction. The Optibelt brand, of which we are currently the distributor, meets all kinds of needs that may arise in power transmission elements with the developing technology before its competitors in the sector. Therefore, when we look to the future of the belt industry in the context of technological innovations, we can fore- see that we will continue to maintain our business in a pioneering position. How can you list the reasons why your customers prefer you? What advice would you like to give your customers on belt selection? What makes us stand out is honesty, our ability to find high- quality products instantly, constant strong product stock, trouble- free products, trouble-free shipping. Our priority is to always offer our cus- tomers the right product in line with their needs. In addition, because we have a wide product range, offer high-perfor- mance and high-quality products at the most affordable price as a result of exten- sive research, provide fast feedback, after- sales services and our team that always provides solution-oriented technical ser- vice are among the reasons for customer preference. Belt selection should be made according to the profile of the pulley to be used, operating conditions (speed, spin, load, etc.), and feedback coming from the industry. In line with these param- eters, maximum belt life will be achieved by operating the pre- ferred belt at the correct tension. WE CONTINUED TO GROW AT THE SAME PACE IN THE PANDEMIC Has the industry managed to turn back to the pre-pandemic conditions in production and supply? How do you evaluate the coming process? Well, since we have a growing supply network every day, an assessment like before and after the pandemic would not fit us. In fact, if we make a comparison, we can say that we have achieved an increasing momentum in the last 2 years. Şu an distribütörlüğümüz bulunan Optibelt markası gelişen teknoloji ile güç aktarma elemanlarında oluşabilecek her tür- lü ihtiyaçları sektördeki rakiplerinden önce karşılamaktadır. Dolayısıyla kayış endüstrisinin geleceğini teknolojik yenilikler bağlamında değerlendirdiğimizde işimizi öncü konumda sür- dürmeye devam edeceğimizi öngörüyoruz. Müşterilerinizin sizin tercih etmelerinin sebeplerini nasıl sıralayabilirsiniz? Müşterilerinize kayış seçimi konusunda hangi tavsiyelerde bulunmak istersiniz? Bizi öne çıkaran özelliklerimiz başta dürüstlük olmak üzere kaliteli ürünü anında bulabilme, daima güçlü stok, sorunsuz ürün, sorunsuz sevkiyat. Müşterilerimize her zaman ihtiyaçla- rı doğrultusunda doğru ürünü sunmak önceliğimiz. Kayış seçimi öncelikle ürünün kullanılacağı kasnak profili, çalışma koşulları (hız, devir, yük vs.) ve sektörüne göre ya- pılan değerlendirmelere göre yapılmalıdır. Bu parametreler doğrultusunda tercih edilen kayışın doğru gerginlikte çalış- ması ile de maksimum kayış ömrü yakalanacaktır. PANDEMİDE DE AYNI İVMEYLE BÜYÜMEYE DEVAM ETTİK Üretim ve tedarikte sektör pandemi öncesi şartları ya- kalayabildi mi? Önümüzdeki süreci nasıl değerlendiriyor- sunuz? Aslında her geçen gün büyüyen bir tedarik ağımız olduğun- dan pandemi öncesi ve sonrası gibi bir değerlendirme bizim için doğru olmayacaktır. Hatta bir kıyas yapacak olursak son 2 yılda yükselen bir ivme yakaladığımızı söyleyebiliriz. Pande- mi sürecinde olumsuz etkilenmediğimizi düşünürsek gelecek yıllarda da aynı doğrultuda hizmet vermeye devam edeceğiz.
