How did the pandem- ic affect this process you offer to your customers? FRITSCH World of Bakery (WoB) center offers our cus- tomers the opportunity for many product applications with its extensive equipment park. Our customers benefit from this center in the development processes of bakery products and can experience FRITSCH systems live in the center with our experienced dough experts. Thanks to these facilities in our center, our customers can test their favourite products and have detailed information about their production processes. At our FRITSCH World of Bakery (WoB) center, our customers can see and run the machines used in busi- nesses of all sizes, from our ROLLFIX dough sheeter for artisanal bakery production applications to the industrial MEGUSTA series. Demo applications could be planned specific for their own products, so that they can experi- ence all the machines and lines offered by FRITSCH and other professional process equipments to make the right decision for their own products. We have also developed different alternative solu- tions for our customers who cannot access and visit our center due to pandemic restrictions. We have created the opportunity for our customers to watch implementa- tion of their projects by establishing live connections to our center.
