31 BBM / HAZİRAN 2022 • JUNE 2022 NEWS HABER An opening bell ceremony was held at the Istanbul Stock Exchange upon the public offering of Yayla Agro Gıda, which has been operating in the rice, pulses and processed food sector for 26 years. With the ceremony, the shares of Yayla Agro Gıda started to be traded on Istanbul Stock Exchange Star Market with the code "YYLGD". The public offering of Yayla Agro Gıda, which went public under the co-leadership of Garanti BBVA Investment and Yapı Kredi Investment, was realized with the sale of 15.02 percent shares. In the public offering held by the consortium formed under the co-leadership of Garanti BBVA Investment and Yapı Kredi Investment using the Fixed Price Book building Method on 11-12-13 May 2022, shares with a nominal value of TL 71 million were offered to the public at a price of TL 12.50. The size of the company's public offering was 887 million 500 thousand TL and the free float rate was 15.02 percent. In the public offering of Yayla Agro Gıda, to which individual and institutional investors showed great interest, the demand was 2.64 fold. With a demand of 2.3 billion TL, the company successfully completed the process as the second-highest demanded company in 2022. Hasan Gümüş, Founder and Chairman of Yayla Agro Gıda, stated that they are proud and happy to go public af- ter a successful public offering process. “With the momen- tum we have gathered with the public offering process, we aim to continue our investments without slowing down in the upcoming period. With the capital from the public offer- ing, we will lay the foundation of our third factory in Niğde in the coming days,” Gümüş said. Tören- le birlikte Yayla Agro Gıda’nın hisseleri “YYLGD” kodu ile Borsa İstanbul Yıldız Pazar’da işlem görmeye başla- dı. Garanti BBVA Yatırım ve Yapı Kredi Yatırım eş liderli- ğinde halka açılan Yayla Agro Gıda’nın halka arzı yüzde 15,02 oranındaki payların satışıyla gerçekleştirildi. Garanti BBVA Yatırım ve Yapı Kredi Yatırım eş lider- liğinde oluşturulan konsorsiyum tarafından 11-12-13 Mayıs 2022 tarihlerinde “Sabit Fiyatla Talep Toplama” Yöntemi ile gerçekleştirilen halka arzda, toplam 71 mil- yon TL nominal değerli pay; 12,50 TL fiyatla halka arz edilirken, şirketin halka arz büyüklüğü 887 milyon 500 bin TL ve halka açıklık oranı yüzde 15,02 oldu. Bireysel ve kurumsal yatırımcıların büyük ilgi gösterdiği, Yayla Agro Gıda’nın halka arzında 2,64 kat talep geldi. Şirket, 2,3 milyar TL tutarındaki talep ile 2022 yılının en yük- sek talep alan ikinci kuruluşu olarak süreci başarıyla tamamladı. Yayla Agro Gıda’nın Kurucusu ve Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı Hasan Gümüş, başarılı geçen bir halka arz sü- recinin ardından halka açılmanın gurur ve mutluluğunu yaşadıklarını ifade etti. Gümüş, “Halka arz olma süreci ile beraber kazanmış olduğumuz ivmeyle önümüzde- ki süreçte yatırımlarımıza hız kesmeden devam etmeyi hedefliyoruz. Halka arzdan sağlanan gelirle önümüz- deki günlerde üçüncü fabrikamızın temelini Niğde’de atacağız” dedi.
