You also continue to add value to flour with your experience and R&D activities in the flour and bread improvers sector. How will this contribute to Turkey's flour export? There are no known examples of this project. This is a first not only in Turkey but also in the world! We think that our project is an important milestone and a very important start for the sec- tor. We aim to make our country much stronger in this sector, add value to the industry and do something useful for this country. Then, we want to make our name in the world and put our signa- ture under successful works. I would like to thank all the Elit Food family who contributed to this project, to Mustafa Hikmet Kazancı, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Osmanli Flour and his team, who believed in our project and supported us during the imple- mentation, to Era Ltd. partners, which manufac- tured our NCD dosage device, and to Takozlar Makina for their sincere support for the assem- bly and installation of the factory where we ap- plied the NCD system. HEDEFİMİZ, SEKTÖRÜMÜZE DEĞER KATMAK Yeni sistemin tanıtım videosunda Sadece Türkiye’de değil dünyada bir ilk diyorsunuz. Un ve Ekmek Geliştiricileri sektöründe sahip olduğunuz tecrübe ve gerçekleştirdiğiniz Ar- Ge faaliyetleriyle una değer kazandırmaya devam ediyorsunuz. Bunun Türkiye’nin un ih- racatına katkısı nasıl olacak? Bu projenin bilindik herhangi bir örneği yok. Sa- dece Türkiye’de değil dünyada da bir ilk! Proje- mizin sektör için önemli bir tarih ve çok önemli bir başlangıç olduğunu düşünüyoruz. Amacımız öncelikle ülkemizi başarılı olduğu bu sektörde çok daha güçlü kılabilmek, sektöre değer kat- mak ve bu ülke için faydalı bir şeyler yapabil- mek. Daha sonra da dünyada adımızı duyurup başarılı işlere imza atmak istiyoruz. Bu projede emeği geçen tüm Elit Ailesine, pro- jemize inanıp uygulama sırasında bizi destekle- yen Osmanlı Un Fabrikası Yönetim Kurulu Baş- kanı Mustafa Hikmet Kazancı ve ekibine, NCD Dozajlama cihazımızı yapan Era Ltd.
