Doruk Un, which achieved a turn- over of 1.8 billion TRY in 2021 with its daily 1200 MT wheat break- ing capacity and exports to 41 countries, took its place among the largest flour producers in Turkey. Gürsel Erbap, Chairman and CEO of Doruk Un, underlined that after the shrinking trade network due to the pandemic, the food and particularly the flour industry, which is one of the main food- stuffs, went through a substantial test, and that despite this, they left behind a period full of success. “As Doruk Un in 2021, we have achieved our goals despite all these conditions. Our short- term goal will be to deepen our strength in the sector by making production and logistics investments that will support our supply chain. In addition, we will put our plans into practice to manage flour requirements in different categories with the right market, product and demand. We aim to grow by 10 percent in 2022 with warehouse, logistics and production investments," Erbap said. Ranking the 316th in net sales in the 2021 ISO 500 list, Doruk Un continues its growth with an annual 438 thousand tons of wheat crushing capacity, 350 thousand tons of flour production and a wide sales & distribution network with its 20-thousand- squaremeter state-of-the-art facility. Exporting to 41 countries in Africa, Asia, South America and the Middle East, Doruk Un devel- ops products specific to needs and purposes of use on a wide scale ranging from domestic use to bakeries and restaurants, from hotels to baklava and pastry shops. Doruk Un increase investments with continued growth Doruk Un, which entered the Fortune 500 Turkey 2021 Research this year, draws attention with its investments. The company, which made the Fortune 500 list at the 324th spot, took the 316th spot in the ISO 500 list. Buğday unu üreticisi ve ihracatçısı Doruk Un, geçen yıla göre cirosunu yüzde 102,6 oranında artırarak Fortune 500 listesine 324. sıradan giriş yaptı. Günlük 1200 MT buğday kırma kapa- sitesi ve 41 ülkeye gerçekleştirdiği ihracatı ile 2021 yılında 1,8 milyar Lira ciro elde eden Doruk Un, Türkiye’nin en büyük un üreticileri arasında yerini aldı.
