With the application center officially opened in Maltepe, Istanbul, Pal- sgaard aims to serve the industrial food sector more closely with its technical know-how and infrastructure. Palsgaard’s emulsifiers and emulsifier/stabilizer systems con- tribute to the quality and shelf life of bakery, chocolate, dairy, ice cream, and margarine products. As the leader of plant-based emulsifiers and stabilizers for global food industries and food ingredients in some areas, the new ad- dress of Palsgaard’s application centers, which already exist in Den- mark, Singapore, Brazil, Mexico, and China, have become Türkiye. Palsgaard, which was born with innovation by finding the world’s first industrial commercial emulsifier and has been producing solu- tions for the food industry for 105 years and presenting them to the industry with application centers, established three application centers spread over 800 m2 in Istanbul during the pandemic pe- riod. With 653 employees in 17 countries, Palsgaard’s Türkiye office and application center employs 14 people. Palsgaard officials stated that they decided to invest in the rapid and healthy development of the Turkish Food Industry, giving val- ue to innovation and its rapid growth in world markets. “We have taken an important step with the Türkiye application center and there will likely be other investments in the future along with the success of this place,” they said. Danish food company Palsgaard invest in Türkiye Danish Palsgaard, which has been operating in the food ingredients industry for over 100 years, opened an appli- cation center in Türkiye. Danimarkalı gıda şirketi Palsgaard’dan Türkiye’ye yatırım 100 yılı aşkın süredir gıda bileşenleri sektöründe faaliyet gösteren Danimarkalı Palsgaard, Türkiye’de uygulama merkezi açtı. Türk Gıda Sanayii’ne daha yakın olmayı hedefleyen uygulama merkezi, şirketin dünyada açtığı altıncı merkez olma özelliğine sahip. Avrupa’nın önemli gıda bileşenleri şirketlerinden biri olan Da- nimarkalı Palsgaard, altıncı uygulama merkezini Türkiye’de açtı. İstanbul Maltepe’de resmi açılışı gerçekleştirilen uygulama mer- kezi ile Palsgaard endüstriyel gıda sektörüne teknik bilgi birikimi ve altyapısı ile daha yakından hizmet vermeyi hedefliyor. Palsgaard’ın emülgatörleri ve emülgatör/stabilizatör sistemle- ri, fırıncılık, çikolata, süt ürünleri, dondurma ve margarin ürünleri- nin kalitesine ve raf ömrüne katkı sağlıyor. Küresel gıda endüstrileri için bitki bazlı emülgatörler ve stabili- zatörler ile bazı alanlarda gıda bileşenleri lideri olan Palsgaard’ın, Danimarka, Singapur, Brezilya, Meksika ve Çin’de var olan uygu- lama merkezlerinin yeni adresi Türkiye oldu. Dünyanın ilk endüstriyel ticari emülgatörünü bularak inovas- yon ile doğan ve 105 yıldır gıda sanayiine çözüm üreten ve bunları uygulama merkezleri ile endüstriye sunan Palsgaard, pandemi döneminde 800 m2’ye yayılan üç uygulama mer- kezini İstanbul’da kurmuştu. 17 ülkede 653 çalışanı bulunan Palsgaard’ın Türkiye ofisi ve uygulama merkezi 14 kişiye istih- dam sağlıyor. Türk Gıda Sanayiinin hızlı ve sağlıklı gelişimine, inovasyona değer vererek dünya pazarlarında hızla büyümesine duyduk- ları güvenle yatırım kararı aldıklarını belirten Palsgaard yetkili- leri şöyle konuştu: “Türkiye uygulama merkezi ile önemli bir adım attık ve buranın başarısı ile gelecekte başka yatırımlar olması da muhtemeldir.”
