(Eksun Gıda or Compa- ny), which ranks 324th in Turkey’s Top 500 Industrial Enterprises (ISO 500) list in terms of sales from production and also incorpo- rates Sinangil flours, pressed the button to be traded at Istanbul Stock Exchange (BIST). Eksun Gıda has applied to the Capital Markets Board (CMB) for the approval of the offering circular with- in the scope of the public offering of Eksun Gıda shares, of which capital is fully owned by Eksim Investment Holding A.Ş. The offer- ing circular submitted for the approval of the CMB was published on the website of Yapı Kredi Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ, which is authorized as a brokerage house, at www.ykyatirim.com.tr and on the website of Eksun Gıda at www.eksun.com.tr . 23.14% of the company shares is planned to be offered to the public, which will be carried out under the leadership of Yapı Kredi Investment and will be realized entirely as capital increase. Active since 1996, the Company is known for its Sinangil brand, which is one of the well-known brands in the packaged flour industry in Türkiye. Eksun Gıda, which makes production in three separate factories, two in Tekirdağ and one in Konya, has an indoor and outdoor area of approximately 96 thousand square meters. Exporting to more than 30 countries in different product categories, Eksun Gıda has more than 200 products. Eksun Gıda carries out projects such as gluten-free flour, gluten- free bread, bakery products, new flour diversification, and the production of high-quality flours with the most suitable mixtures of wheat blends in its R&D center and thus keeps pace with rap- idly changing consumer habits. Eksun Gıda decides to go public Eksun Gıda, which incorporates brands such as Sinangil and Gluten Yok, applied to the Capital Markets Board for the approv- al of the offering circular within the scope of the public offering. Eksun Gıda halka arz için düğmeye bastı Sinangil ve Gluten Yok gibi markaları bünyesinde barın- dıran Eksun Gıda halka arzı kapsamında izahname onayı için Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu’na başvurdu. Türkiye’nin 500 Büyük Sanayi Kuruluşu (İSO 500) listesinde üretimden satışlara göre 324. sırada yer alan ve bünyesinde Sinangil markalı unları da barındıran Eksun Gıda Tarım Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş (Eksun Gıda veya Şirket), Borsa İstanbul A.Ş.’de (BİST) işlem görmek için düğmeye bastı. Sermayesinin tamamı Eksim Yatırım Holding A.Ş.’ye ait olan Eksun Gıda paylarının halka arzı kapsamında izahname onayı için Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu’na (SPK) başvurdu. SPK’nın onayına sunulan izahname, aracı kurum olarak yetkilendirilen Yapı Kredi Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş.’nin internet sitesi www.ykyatirim.com.tr ’de ve Eksun Gıda’nın internet sitesi www.eksun.com.tr’ de yayım- landı. Yapı Kredi Yatırım’ın liderliğinde yürütülen ve tamamı sermaye artışı şeklinde gerçekleştirilecek halka arzda, şirket paylarının yüzde 23,14’ünün halka arz edilmesi planlanıyor. 1996 yılından beri sektördeki faaliyetlerini sürdürmekte olan Şirket, Türkiye’de paketli un sektörünün bilinen marka- larından biri olan Sinangil markasına sahip olması ile tanınıyor. Üretimini, ikisi Tekirdağ’da biri Konya’da olmak üzere üç ayrı fabrikada gerçekleştiren Eksun Gıda yaklaşık 96 bin metreka- re açık ve kapalı alana sahip.30’dan fazla ülkeye, farklı ürün kategorilerinde un ihracatı gerçekleştiren Eksun Gıda’nın, 200’ü aşkın ürün çeşidi bulunuyor. Ar-Ge merkezinde gluten- siz un, glutensiz ekmek, unlu mamuller, yeni un çeşitlendir- meleri ve buğday paçallarının en uygun karışımlarıyla yüksek kalitede unların elde edilmesi gibi projeler yürüten Eksun Gıda, böylece hızla değişen tüketici alışkanlıklarına da zaman geçirmeden ayak uyduruyor.
