The following informa- tion was given in the statement made by the Competition Au- thority: “An investigation has been opened against Nuh'un Ankara Makarnası Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. and İs-Ra Gıda ve İhtiyaç Maddeleri Pazarlama Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. The preliminary investigation has been concluded by the Competition Board on the allegation that Nuh’un Ankara Makarnası Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş. and its distributors and buyers violated Article 4 of Law 4054 on the Protection of Competition by their actions to determine the resale price. The Competition Board, which discussed the information, documents and determinations obtained in the preliminary re- search at its meeting dated 07.07.2022, regarded the findings as serious and sufficient, and decided to open an investigation against Nuh'un Ankara Makarnası Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. and İs- Ra Gıda ve İhtiyaç Maddeleri Pazarlama Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. with the number 22-32/518-M in order to determine whether they violated Article 4 of the Law on the Protection of Competi- tion No. 4054." Competition investigation against Nuh'un Ankara Makarnası and İs-Ra Gıda Nuh'un Ankara Makarnası ve İs-Ra Gıda'ya rekabet soruşturması Rekabet Kurulu'nca, Rekabetin Korunması Hakkın- da Kanun’un ihlali gerekçesiyle Nuh'un Ankara Ma- karnası ve İs-Ra Gıda’ya soruşturma açıldı. Rekabet Kurumu’ndan yapılan açıklamada şu bilgilere yer verildi: “Nuh'un Ankara Makarnası Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. ve İs-Ra Gıda ve İhtiyaç Maddeleri Pazarlama Sanayi ve Ti- caret A.Ş. hakkında soruşturma açıldı. Nuh’un Ankara Makarnası Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş.’nin ve distribütörlerinin, alıcıların yeniden satış fiyatını belirle- meye yönelik eylemleriyle 4054 sayılı Rekabetin Korun- ması Hakkında Kanun’un 4. maddesini ihlal ettikleri id- diası üzerine yürütülen önaraştırma Rekabet Kurulunca karara bağlandı. Önaraştırmada elde edilen bilgi, belge ve yapılan tes- pitleri 07.07.2022 tarihli toplantısında müzakere eden Rekabet Kurulu, bulguları ciddi ve yeterli bularak; 4054 sayılı Rekabetin Korunması Hakkında Kanun’un 4. mad- desini ihlal edip etmediklerinin tespitine yönelik olarak; Nuh'un Ankara Makarnası Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. ve İs- Ra Gıda ve İhtiyaç Maddeleri Pazarlama Sanayi ve Ti- caret A.Ş. hakkında soruşturma açılmasına 22-32/518-M sayı ile karar verdi.”
