Türkiye’de makarna üretimiyle ilgili son veriler nelerdir? Türkiye İstatistik Kurumu (TÜİK) verilerine göre 2021 yı- lında Türkiye’de 2 Milyon 107 bin ton makarna üretilmiştir. 2021 yılında tüketimimiz 750 bin tondur. IPO 2021 verilerine göre ise dünyada en çok makarna tüketen ilk 5 ülke sıra- sıyla İtalya 22.9 kilogram, Tunus 17 kilogram, Venezüella 15 kilogram, Yunanistan 12.2 kilogram ve Peru 9.9 kilogram olarak sıralanıyor. Yine TÜİK verilerine göre Türkiye’de 2021 yılı kişi başı makarna tüketimi 8.5 kilogram olarak hesaplandı. According to the data of the Turkish Statistical Institute (TURKSTAT), 2,107 thousand tons of pasta was produced in Turkey in 2021. Our consumption in 2021 is 750 thou- sand tons. According to the IPO 2021 data, the top 5 countries that consume the most pasta in the world are Italy with 22.9 kg, Tunisia with 17 kg, Venezuela with 15 kg, Greece with 12.2 kg and Peru with 9.9 kg. Again, according to TURKSTAT data, pasta consump- tion per capita in Türkiye in 2021 was calculated as 8.5 kg.
