67 BBM / DECEMBER 2022 • ARALIK 2022 BİYOİKLİMSEL MİMARİ Lesaffre Kampüs, Grubun dünyayı korumak ve gıda ih- tiyacını gidermek için birlikte çalışmak misyonuna uygun olarak, çevre ve enerji standartlarına uygun olarak tasarlan- mıştır. Bu sebeple, tüm binalar enerji tasarrufludur. Özellikle binaları %85 verimle ısıtan ve soğutan hava işleme ünitele- rinin kurulumu sayesinde yaz-kış fark etmeden herkes için konfor sağlayan düşük enerji tüketimi ile biyoiklimsel mimari prensiplerine uygun olarak tasarlanmıştır. Ayrıca, Kampüs, fauna ve florasına saygı gereği doğal çevreye entegre edilmiştir. Bu çevre dostu yaklaşım, elekt- rikli şarj istasyonlarına sahip 40 park yeri oluşturulması, 175’ten fazla kapalı bisiklet park yeri kapasitesi ve Kampü- se paralel uzanan yaya çekme yolundan siteye girebilme imkânıyla yumuşak hareketliliği teşvik eden Kampüse giden alana da yansımaktadır. TEMEL MİMARİ UNSURLARLA SAMİMİ BİR YAŞAM ALANI Tank mimarlık firması tarafından tasarlanan Forum, zi- yaretçileri tarafından keşfedilmeyi bekleyen büyük, şeffaf cumbalı açık bir alan. Bu yeni birim, paylaşımı ve topluluk ruhunu teşvik etmek amacıyla birçok binaları birbirine bağ- layan 192 m uzunluğunda ve 8,5 m genişliğinde merkezi bir cadde etrafında dönüyor. Kampüsün kalbi olan Forum’da 73 toplantı odası, 200 kişilik oditoryum ve kreatif düşünme- ye tahsis edilmiş dört “Proje odası” bulunuyor. Son olarak, Léon Lesaffre Pavilyonu, seminer ve ortak çalışma alanları ile bir karşılama alanı olarak hizmet veriyor. BIOCLIMATIC ARCHITECTURE The Lesaffre Campus was designed in accordance with en- vironmental and energy standards, in line with the Group’s mis- sion, which is to work together to better nourish and protect the planet. Therefore, all of the buildings are energy efficient. They have been designed in accordance with the principles of bioclimatic architecture, with low energy consumption ensur- ing comfort for all, in summer and winter alike, thanks in par- ticular to the installation of air handling units that heat and cool the buildings with 85% efficiency. In addition, the Campus is integrated into the natural environ- ment, respecting its fauna and flora. This environmentally friend- ly approach is also reflected in the area leading up to the Cam- pus which promotes soft mobility, with the creation of 40 parking spaces with electric charging stations and with more than 175 covered bicycle parking spaces and the ability to enter the site through the pedestrian towpath that runs parallel to the Campus A FRIENDLY LIVING SPACE WITH MAJOR ARCHITECTURAL ELEMENTS Designed by the Tank architecture firm, the Forum is an open area with large, transparent bay windows that is just waiting to be discovered. This new unit revolves around a central 192 m long x 8.5 m wide street that links the various buildings in order to foster sharing and a community spirit. The Forum, which is the nerve centre of the Campus, has 73 meeting rooms, a 200- seat auditorium and four “Project rooms” dedicated to creative thinking. Lastly, the Léon Lesaffre Pavilion serves as a welcome area with seminar and coworking spaces. ARTICLE • MAKALE
